Welcome to the Shenley Village Fete Website
Shenley Village Fete is held in Harris Lane Playing Field starting at 12 noon and lasting until 4.45pm.
Attendance is always extremely good with visitors coming from outlying towns and villages.
We have a good reputation for being friendly, traditional and not overly commercial.
All of our income after expenses is donated to local clubs and good causes – we were able to donate £9,000 in 2023
Stall Information
Are you interested in having a stall at Shenley’s popular village Fete on Sunday 7th July 2024?
Pitches cost £30 for general stalls and £15 for Charity stalls (you need to be a registered Charity). Businesses, please contact us as commercial rates are different.
Pitches are 15ft x 15ft or 4.57m x 4.57m
Please note the following:
NO TABLES provided. You can bring your own table/s [they must be a suitable size for your pitch] but if this is not possible hire tables can be ordered at a cost of £10 per table.
NO GAZEBOS provided. You will need to bring your own with plenty of tent pegs in case of windy conditions.
NO Electricity

To secure a slot it is a good idea to book well in advance as we try to ensure a good variety of stalls and do not take multiple bookings of similar types of stalls ie. cake, jewellery or tombola stalls.
